I live and breathe sales growth. Over 20 years I built and ran a highly successful b2b sales outsourcing business operating at C-Suite level with enterprise and Mid-Market organisations. That experience has provided me with a critical understanding of the dominant areas where the b2b sales funnel leaks.
In 2021 the possibilities of how data, technology and proven traditional selling techniques can be leveraged to stimulate growth are endless yet b2b organisations continue to not take advantage.
My purpose with Ampli is to provide and deliver in plain commercial context, 21 st century strategic and AI driven solutions to rapidly fix the leaks in the funnel and amplify sales growth.
I care about getting to the bottom of why any product is motivating and relevant, and then weaving that into an engaging selling story. I have worked with big brands, in commercial marketing for over 20 years – on both client and agency side. I am very commercially minded and creatively capable.
Despite my roots in marketing, I have spent a lot of time bridging the work that the marketing and brand teams do to drive awareness and consideration – to turn that into a concise, compelling selling story with sales teams to then engage and convert prospects. I am constantly surprised about how there can be a disconnect between great work done by marketing and sales teams – or how there can be inconsistencies in the ‘sell’ within the same sales teams. I am trained in workshop facilitation, strategic approaches and behavioural theory. I’d hope to make any project commercial valuable, as well as energetic and enjoyable.
My passion is people and fulfilling the potential that lies within them to drive sales growth. For over 30 years I have operated as a fully qualified Sales and Leadership coach, Telecommunication Expert and certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner. I have developed the skills and understanding to rapidly identify training needs and then apply tried and tested coaching which aligns to both the commercial objectives and purpose of the organisation and the motivation, purpose and potential of the individual.
My experience has been built working at organisations such as Yellow Pages, BT, Domestic and General and Royal Mail in addition to a plethora of SMEs across numerous sectors. My clients can be both Directors and Leadership teams as well as Inside and Field sales teams.
Integrity is critical to everything I do, and it’s that focus that I work tirelessly to transfer into the clients and individuals I work with.
